Raw Vegetables

I know this one will be a tough one, but you must get into the habit of eating as many raw vegetables and salads and fresh greens as possible, your internal organs will thank you for it. You must develop the habit. Look into less familiar sources of greens like dill, spring onions, coriander, peppers, parsley and garlic, as well as the more common garden varieties. These greens will also help promote longer life and will also keep micro flora healthy in the intestine.
